A Misty Morning

A misty morning in Kent. I love walking on misty mornings. The mist strangely muffles noise and everything is so still. It’s as if a white sheet of silence is cast over the countryside. So invigorating! Coming up this hill I just had to take this shot.

Hiddenness

Walking through the Kent countryside this morning I was greeted by this kind of misty scene. It was exhilarating. I just love living in the County of Kent. I am irresistibly drawn to that which is partly hidden. I’m no fan of glaring light which does nothing for form or mystery.
