I love this one, Don. I contemplate and write about gates often. This is a great gate. You have such a good eye.

Thank you for your kind words, LuAnne. I too feel there’s just something about gates. I think for me they speak of the entries and exits in life – like portals into and out of experiences.

Gates and doors are so interesting. Who lives behind them? What does the gate or door say about them (or us)? To me, this one is endearing. Too small for the gap but trying to do its job anyway.
