We went for a walk this morning around Leybourne lakes. It was a beautiful Spring day with new growth all around us. The air was filled with the smell of blossoms and the sweet sound of birdsong. Swans, like the puffs of cloud drifting across the sky, glided through the water, effortless and timeless. This path we walked along was particularly inviting. Such an invigorating morning.
It looks like a beautiful path, Don. Spring isn’t that far along here, so I appreciate seeing scenes of things to come.

Yes, I was quite surprised to see snow at this time in some of your photos, Dan. I’m sure you can’t wait for things to come.

Most of the snow has melted, Don, but we’re still seeing a lot of brown.

Beautiful, Don. I work in the Subarctic, so I am looking at about another 2-3 weeks before all this snow has been chased away by the sun. Lovely to see your spring.

That’s so interesting, Lynette. Working in the Subarctic must be quite something. It must be extremely cold in the Winter, so I can imagine how Spring must come as a welcomed gift.
