Sioux Technologies Offices – Eindhoven
OCS+ was tasked with creating a warm space for the Sioux Technologies offices in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
OCS+ has developed a new workplace concept and location plan for the campus for Sioux Technologies at the ESP in Eindhoven, with meaningful spaces that intuitively invite teamwork, synergy and creativity.
Sioux relieves high-tech companies in developing and building smart modules and software with impact. Its strength lies in committed and motivated employees. Sioux’s engineers belong to the international top. Their personal development and the continuous enrichment of their knowledge and skills are the basis of the success and that of their customers.
The purpose of the chosen interior was to give employees more space and peace of mind in their daily work and to generate spontaneous encounters within the various buildings on campus. In a natural way, casually in a cozy home environment.
The result is an inspiring working environment that fits seamlessly with the culture and the modern work needs of Sioux employees.
Concept
The workplace concept ensures that all functions and associated work needs within Sioux Technologies have the freedom to create their ideal working environment. In this way the space adapts to people and not the other way around.Design
A conscious choice has been made for a stylish and warm design that feels very spacious at the same time. Users experience a lot of modern comfort both at their permanent workplace and in the ‘social spaces’. We have connected areas in a natural way through colors and small height differences.Realization
From start to finish, the concept is designed to meet and collaborate in an inspiring way. The enormous diversity of spaces within this project offers employees maximum freedom of movement and choice of control.Our joint vision on collaboration
