MA Design created a comfortable sophistication at the Lument offices in Columbus, Ohio.
A home to highly analytical employees who bring a competitive edge to the marketplace.
After going through several company mergers and the strategy and programming process more than once, Lument Real Estate Property Group is the final product of a successfully cohesive workplace redesign. The end achieved goal was to create a corporate headquarters for the newly merged company to effectively support their newly combined teams, work processes, and culture.
Through in person interviews with department and company leadership, and the data we collected from our company wide survey, we developed a new workplace with classic, warm materials that speak to the core business values of the company in a layout that simultaneously provide privacy and the required adjacencies for departments while providing an open connected environment. Solution oriented, a plan was developed for the space that accounted for future growth and restacked employees while reusing the existing workstations. The space also includes environmental graphics that showcase company culture and brand in a professional way, weaving together the architecture while telling the story of the newly established company brand.
