Envio Group Offices – Bydgoszcz
Aleksandra Hyz and Aleksandra Mętlewicz collaborated on the Envio Group offices using a balance of bold and welcoming in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
The project for Envio Group Poland designed by the duo Aleksandra Hyz and Aleksandra Mętlewicz . Office space up to about 600 sq m, all left from the base. Starting the design process with the analysis and reconstruction of the existing object. The case was not easy due to the old buildings. After in-depth quality and many conversations with the client, a project tailored to the modern value of a logistics company was created, which is the most important for Envio Group Poland. The office is located on the top floor of the building, so you can enter it directly from the skylight, so we made sure that after opening the door – the zone was impressive. In the center there is the company logo on a glass wall made of grooved glass. The reception desk is made of steel – the whole thing has rounded shapes that present a coherent and harmonious whole. An interesting element is the “coffee point”, whose furniture has mirrored fronts, as well as the entire entrance wall. The heart of the office is a canteen with a chillout zone. It took on a slightly club character at the client’s request. It has soft armchairs, curtains, swings, a neon sign and a sliding island that takes the shape of a bar after dark. An equally important zone for a thriving and dynamic organization is the conference zone. So it has been adapted to different needs. It can be arranged for one part of the room of about 60 sq m or for two smaller meeting rooms. The office of the president was established in subdued colors with the addition of natural wood. The client is given an aesthetic space, identical with its own essence. Soft elements on the wall and curtains allow you to achieve the intended effect. The break is open raw concrete ceilings and black accessories. Colorful bathrooms are an element worth paying attention to. It was defined a bit different, we used corrugated sheet painted in characteristic colors, roses – female toilet, blue – men’s toilet. Additional elements are similarly pink and blue neon. combination of mirrored ceiling islands with external lighting.
