Global medical technology company was looking for a partner who could maximize their lab space and redesign the full building to fit within the standards of their workplace guidelines.
Strategy sessions with their decision-making team revealed that redesigning teaching spaces such as labs, surgeon training rooms, and sales training rooms was a key area of focus. Other goals included amplifying their brand identity and creating an environment that enhances the culture and promotes collaboration. With Unispace’s integrated process and design visualization technology, they worked hand-in-hand with the client’s teams to bring their vision to reality, overcoming challenges like maintaining working labs throughout the building remodel and transitioning staff from private offices to open workstations.

Redesigned Surgeon Education labs and operating rooms provide spaces where surgeons can learn the procedures and techniques required to provide life-changing surgical enhancements using groundbreaking medical technology. Strategically placed collaboration areas throughout the workplace allow staff to easily connect and ideate with one another. Integrated technology and progressive space planning support employee productivity, engagement, and wellness. The implementation of high impact colors and graphics within a serene and textural overall design showcases the global brand and aligns with new workplace standards.
