CBRE GWS Offices – Shanghai
A+J STUDIO accomplished the design of the new CBRE GWS offices, the commercial real estate services giant’s location in Shanghai, China.
We created a lens of the whole panorama of Shanghai which delivers the view of Huangpu River running through Lujiazui on the other side into the interior space and builds up the coherence between each other.
The old Shanghai style strings the whole design of the interior environment. The paintings hanging on the wall perform as linking symbols awaking our memory of Shanghai. Meanwhile,arranging quiet closed offices and focus rooms around the interior core is to promote the employees staying focus while ensuring the occurrence of communication.
We strewed the exclusive green and logo of CBRE to brand enterprise culture into the interior working environment in all aspects to make itflexible and interesting. Diverse office working style can stimulate creativityand collide more inspirational sparks to createdistinctiveoffice experience.
