Corteva Agriscience Offices – Sao Paulo
Studio BR Arquitetura and Dea Design worked together to create the Corteva Agriscience offices in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Corteva – an agroscience company totally dedicated to agriculture – gained a new headquarters in São Paulo (SP). The entire project provided an upgrade in workspaces to connect employees directly to the brand: through architecture, design and everything that surrounds the spaces in the office.
The corporation occupies a 4,000 m² that has been optimized to the post-pandemic flexibility guidelines, with disruptive environments that support all the current dynamics of hybrid, remote and collaborative work.
The headquarters received certification of 100% accessibility by the “Guia de Rodas”, after ensuring accessible routes, furniture, environments, passages, floors and visual communication in all environments.
To prioritize the well-being of employees, the layout is open and flexible, allowing the team to grow without increasing the area. In addition, circular and semi-open meeting spaces were designed to guarantee equality in any format or activity that is carried out. In addition to them, support spaces with universal inclusion were created to ensure equality of use for all genders.
Finally, the entire wayfinding and visual communication was strategically thought out to connect its employees with the brand’s purpose, giving meaning to spaces and creating connections beyond senses.
