Aspen Offices – London
Mansfield Monk brought in fun colors, creative finishes, and greenery for Aspen‘s offices in London, England.
Our latest project with Aspen is the full redesign of three floors of 30 Fenchurch Street, their London headquarters.
Aspen sought to enhance their presence in the marketplace with a high-quality environment for clients and brokers. The brief included a high-end new reception, business lounge and flexible client meeting suite.
The concierge reception was to be welcoming and memorable with a high impact design and emphasis on Aspen’s hospitality. The journey through the space takes you through a luxe hotel-like lobby leading to the business lounge booth area, central to the meeting suites and supported by a catered coffee bar. Meeting rooms provide a mix of formal and informal settings, primarily designed for both visitors and staff, with fine dining.
In the open plan a new 60% desk to staff ratio was developed. The design supports hybrid and agile working throughout, promoting collaboration with flexible hubs and informal workspaces.
The central staff facility is The Hub, overlooking the River Thames and Tower Bridge. It is designed to be used throughout the day for both staff dining and collaboration.
With Aspen’s emphasis on staff wellbeing, biophilic elements are present throughout the entire project. The palette is warm with rich textures, natural timbers and refined urban details.
