Tresmares Capital Offices – Madrid
An old building has been reimagined to house Tresmares Capital, a layout that weaves together residual spaces with modern functionality for the private capital firm's Madrid office.
Febrero Studio designed the offices of Tresmares Capital, a new private capital platform, located in Madrid, Spain.
This is the headquarters for Tresmares Capital, a financial services provider specialised in high growth SMEs and supported by Banco Santander.
The final layout considers more than 50% of the space for reception, work-cafe, collaborative spaces or meeting rooms. The layout has been configured around the structure of an old building and uses residual spaces as phone booths or express small meeting rooms.
Regarding materiality, we tried to keep balance between sober materials and corporate red color, using the garnet color as unifying element which is present all along the spaces in this project.
