The GPT Group Offices – Melbourne
TOPIC Interiors completed the spec suite for The GPT Group to give the tenant company a multi-functional office in Melbourne, Australia.
TOPIC Interiors were approached by diversified property group, The General Property Trust (The GPT Group), to offer a design and construct solution to a vacant floor at 530 Collins Street, in Melbourne’s CBD. The GPT Group were seeking a Speculative Suite, which fell in line with other ‘mineral’ themed suites that were also completed by TOPIC Interiors to the entirety of Level 7. The suite delivered was flexible in its thoroughfare strategy, where it was able to connect to adjoining suites through the front-of-house and breakout zones, allowing it to be flexible toward the demands of sub-dividing from tenants.
Titled the ‘Gold Suite’, the space delivered was a welcome alternative to existing Speculative Suites of the same model. With an abundance of enclosed and focus rooms, casual meeting and collaboration zones, and a stunning kitchen/breakout zone, a vibrant and impactful space is offered to interested tenants. Using the ‘gold’ mineral as its design trajectory, The GPT Group were provided with a creative leasing solution; practical and chic, which has offered a point-of-difference to their portfolio of high-quality commercial property assets.
